Since Jetsetnetizen operates with Cash on Delivery (COD) payments only, approved refunds will be issued through an agreed refund method communicated by our support team.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the package and product for verification.

After review, we will offer:

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
